Group Discount Rate
A “buy three, get one free” offer will be given to groups from the same company attending the conference. You can select this option during the registration process. One employee from your team must register all employees at the same time to ensure the group discount is applied.

Host Analytics has arranged a room block at the Aria Resort & Casino for Perform 2019 attendees. Space is limited and is available on a first come, first serve basis. Please reserve your hotel room during the registration process (link to reg page) to ensure you receive the Perform 2019 room rate. The room rate for Sunday and Monday is $299.00 + hotel tax; for Tuesday $199.00 + hotel tax; and for Wednesday is $159.00 + hotel tax. Discounted rate expires Friday April 26, 2019!
Badge Pickup Requirements
Please be prepared to show a photo ID and business card to pick up your conference name badge. Host Analytics reserves the right to deny admittance to anyone who has registered under false pretenses (e.g., companies or attendee names that do not exist) and to retain the conference registration fee for these registrations. Conference attendees will be required to wear conference name badges at all times to all events including the After Party and Topgolf.
Major Credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, and American Express) are accepted to pay for your conference registration. Payment is required before the event. If payment has not been received before your arrival at the event, you will be required to pay with a major credit card when you pick up your badge.
Conference Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Host Analytics at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Full Refund: Cancellations must be received by 5:00pm (PT) on March 31, 2019
- 50% Refund: Cancellations must be received between April 1 – 30, 2019
- No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 5:00pm (PT) on April 30, 2019
Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Individuals are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations. Registrations are transferrable, see substitution policy below.
- Registrant substitution requests must be sent in writing to email@example.com and must be made by the original registrant. A registrant substitution requests will not be accepted by phone.
- Substitutions will be permitted only between individuals from the same company.
- Substitutions cannot be made on-site or authorized by anyone other than the original registrant.
- All substitution requests must be made on or before Monday, May 13, 2019 (5:00 pm PT). After this date, no substitutions will be allowed.
- If you are substituting for another person and you do not qualify for their discounted rate (i.e., alumni) you will be given the rate you qualify under at the time the original person registered, the registration fee will not be refunded, but will be transferred to pay for the registration fee of the new attendee.
