Host Analytics offers an alternative to purchasing software and buying the necessary hardware and related operating system – a software subscription fee option. This option allows you to plug into a system we maintain at our data center. We have all the state of the art technology to host you over the web – we will maintain and manage the system ourselves so that you do not have any of the headaches of setting up or managing a new server.

We bill you quarterly or annually. This is a great way to try the product prior to purchasing it or to get up and running the quickest way possible.

  • Requirements Analysis & Project Management
    
    Host Analytics will utilize a proven methodology in implementing our applications. The implementation will go quickly because of the robust features and maturity of our application, but there is still a process to manage to make sure that all of the users are satisfied and the sponsorship of the application will remain high. Host Analytics has the project management experience and a methodology that has been proven since 2000 in implementing solutions for budgeting and planning, financial consolidations, financial analysis, sales analysis, balanced scorecard and other analytical purposes. 
     
  • Data Extraction, Transformation and Loading
    
    Host Analytics uses a sophisticated “adapter” that allows our customers to load data from existing General Ledgers and other operational applications into the Host Analytics BPM Suite software. This adapter connects to our Meta Data Manager which simplifies and automates the loading and formatting of data. This is the most complete data loading and formatting tool available for populating Host Analytics’ analytical databases. Flexibility...end-to-end automation of the data loading process...the ability to access any data source located anywhere...these advantages make our Adapter and Meta Data Manager an industry leader for simplifying the implementation and the on-going data loading process. Its scalability and portability make it the only tool you’ll need for populating Host Analytics’ databases or migrating data. And Host Analytics’ data loading automation makes it the obvious choice for long- term maintenance. The adapter and Meta Data Manager are included in the purchase of any Host Analytics’ application.
    
    Host Analytics’ product support representatives and consultants are experienced in the source system analysis process and will be able to manage and/or support the process of using these tools to effectively integrate all of the necessary data and incorporate this process with Host Analytics’ overall methodology.
     
  • Reporting and Analysis Configuration
    
    Even though Host Analytics’ applications are complete, there may be the requirement of additional reports and analysis capabilities. The application is designed as a multi-tiered application in order to develop new interfaces and reports without any major changes to the base architecture. This will ensure easy support, management, and upgrades to the software that the end-user never needs to worry about.
    
    Host Analytics’ takes a hybrid approach to the normal bottom up and top down methodology that is used in implementing similar data marts or data warehouses. This hybrid approach allows us to take a quick look at how the company may transform in the coming months (within two years) and make sure that the system will be able to manage the growth and change with minimal changes to the base system. 
     
  • Validation
    
    A continuous loop of testing and customer feed back is incorporated into the methodology used in going live with the customer. This process is used in the customer interface process, customizations, and data loads. A disciplined and scientific approach is used which incorporates documentation and experienced testing personnel. 
      
  • Knowledge Transfer
    
    Host Analytics will provide the necessary training of the applications and will also provide the models and documentation created during the implementation process. Training is offered and customized to ensure that the users are able to fully utilize all of the features important to them and will also ensure that modifications can be done locally including additional report development and ad-hoc analysis capabilities.
    
    Knowledge transfer on the data model and other technical documentation will be offered to ensure that future technical references to the system are there if needed

  Host Analytics, Inc provides on-site training and instructor based training over the web.

  • Support
    
    Support is offered 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Support includes everything from database management and preventive maintenance to tape backup and network monitoring. All data and applications can be hosted, managed, and maintained from the Host Analytics data center for the maximum in availability of data and security. Several levels of security are provided at the Host Analytics data center which includes network security as well as facilities security

   

  • Balanced Scorecard Consulting

Host Analytics provides the assistance required to set up a performance scorecard for your organization, whether we directly assist you or suggest one of our consulting partners.  These services include:

• Setting up the scorecard hierarchy - Overall organization, Strategic Business Units (functional areas, divisions, geographic)
• Establishing Objectives and measures to be incorporated into the scorecard
